We farm

  • Our fields and pastures in Hopewell, N.J. Our farms employ humane practices of the highest level. Our Double Brook Farm has one of only two USDA-inspected, on-farm slaughterhouses in the United States. Our Sweet Hopewell Farm grows produce following biodynamic practices. All is brought to our restaurant, Brick Farm Tavern and is available at our Online Store fro local delivery. We strive to be the model for truly local food sourcing for other communities in The United States. As such, we welcome questions, farm-tours and community engagement.

  • Antibiotics, GMO Feed, Herbicides, Pesticides, Food Processing, Food Colors, Artificial Preservatives, Artificial Sweeteners, Emulsifiers, Tenderizers, Stabilizers, Bleaches …

  • Excessive use of fossil fuels, unfair trade practices, elitism & unreasonable mark ups.
